The Valor Michigan Leadership Cohort exists because we believe God is still raising up Spirit-filled leaders to impact the Church, the marketplace, and the nations for His glory.

This cohort is more than an academic community. It is part of a larger Kingdom vision that values biblical truth, the work of the Holy Spirit, authentic discipleship, and leadership that transforms lives.

That vision has been faithfully stewarded for decades through the ministry of Dr. Rod Parsley, founder of Valor Christian College and City Harvest Network.

The Vision of Valor Christian College

Valor Christian College was established in response to God's direction to build an institution that honors Christ while preparing men and women to influence every sphere of society for the Kingdom of God.

As a School of the Spirit, Valor is committed to more than academic excellence. Its mission is to combine education, impartation, and inspiration, equipping students with biblical knowledge while cultivating lives that are led by the Holy Spirit.

Students are challenged to grow spiritually, think biblically, lead with integrity, and faithfully pursue the calling God has placed upon their lives.

The goal is not simply to graduate educated leaders—but Spirit-filled leaders who are prepared to make an eternal impact.

A Legacy Personally Received

For me, this vision is deeply personal.

Dr. Rod Parsley is not only the founder of Valor Christian College—he is also my spiritual father and covering. Through his leadership, teaching, and example, God has profoundly shaped my life, ministry, and leadership.

As a graduate of Valor Christian College and a pastor within City Harvest Network, I have personally experienced the culture of education, spiritual impartation, and Kingdom vision that defines Valor.

What was poured into my life, I now have the privilege and responsibility of pouring into others.

Serving as the Michigan Cohort Leader is one way I seek to steward that investment by encouraging students, praying with them, walking alongside them, and helping them remain faithful to the calling God has placed on their lives.

The Heart of City Harvest Network

The work of Valor Christian College is strengthened through City Harvest Network, an apostolic fellowship founded to unite pastors, churches, and Kingdom leaders around a shared mission.

At its core, City Harvest Network exists to:

Preserve the message and power of Pentecost.
Win souls through authentic evangelism.
Unite revivalists for the advancement of God's Kingdom.

These are more than organizational values—they are convictions that shape how leaders are developed, churches are strengthened, and the Gospel is carried into communities around the world.

Within this Kingdom family, education, discipleship, revival, and leadership development work together to prepare leaders who will faithfully proclaim Christ and serve others with humility and excellence.

The Michigan Cohort

The Valor Michigan Leadership Cohort reflects these same values.

We exist to create a community where students are encouraged spiritually, supported personally, and connected relationally as they pursue their education through Valor Christian College.

Whether you're studying online or preparing to attend Valor's campus, our desire is to help you remain rooted in God's Word, sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and connected to a community that believes in your calling.

We believe preparation matters.

We believe discipleship matters.

We believe the work of the Holy Spirit still matters.

And we believe that God is still raising up leaders who will influence every sphere of society for His Kingdom.

For decades, God has used Dr. Rod Parsley to raise up pastors, leaders, revivalists, and Kingdom builders through the ministry of Valor Christian College and City Harvest Network. Together, these ministries have been committed to equipping men and women who are grounded in God's Word, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and prepared to influence every sphere of society for the Kingdom of God.

As a graduate of Valor Christian College and a spiritual son under the leadership and covering of Dr. Rod Parsley, I have personally experienced the life-changing impact of this vision. The education, spiritual impartation, and leadership principles I received continue to shape my ministry, my leadership, and my commitment to raising others.

The Valor Michigan Leadership Cohort is one expression of that continuing vision.

Our desire is to extend locally what has been faithfully invested into us—creating a Christ-centered community where students are encouraged, equipped, and inspired as they pursue God's calling through Valor Christian College.

Legacy is not about preserving a name—it is about faithfully carrying a God-given vision into the next generation.
